Play/Stream videos in asp.net web application

Hi,
I am developing a Document sharing web application.
I want to stream the videos (most commonly used format (mpeg,avi), just like youtube.com

Which control should i use to play videos?
(The user will upload video files and then other users can view the Videos)

I can use Jquery, or pure server side control for this. Please suggest.

Also how can i one view ppt or (Microsoft office file format online)
just liek slideshare.net

Let me inform you that your company has a grammar/usage mistake even in its English title and the Web site URL: the word "software" is uncountable which, in particular, means if cannot take the plural form "softwares". Please see:

Man, you are working with morons, not I. By the way, don't get me wrong: I really did not want to say anything negative to your personally, absolutely not. You just got this work, that's it.
