Read and Write text and ,csv file

Hello All,
I have 4 column col1 (integer value),col2 (integer value),col3 (string value),col4 (string value), want to read and write all the 4 column in text file and also in .csv file using IE BHO please help me out in solveing this as i tried but its giving me different error like (data is not in correct format).

Anybody can suggest how to implement the above problem as IE BHO not allowing me to update csv file, can anybody suggest me how can i update csv file from IE BHO

As you did not ask a question, there is nothing to help with. This is just work to be done, not a problem. If to do a work like that is a problem, this forum is not a place to get help; you would rather need to hire a developer. If you do this work but face some problems, here is where we would gladly help you.

Your question is not very specific. You need to read/write using BHO? BHO is Browser Helper Object. This is used to control IE. It is certainly not used to read/write data.
