problem with arabic language in visual studio 2005

hi all
i am making program in visual studio using c# and sql server database
when reinstall my windows(using windows 7) and reinstall visual studio 2005 and open project i found all arabic letters appear in strange language like:

(íÌÈ Úáíß ÅÏÎÇá ÇÓã ÇáãÓÊÎÏã æßáãÉ ÇáãÑæÑ)

please can any one help me solve problem

Solution 1

for Win 10:
Control Panel\Clock, Language, and Region > Region > Administrative > Change System Locals >
Here you can chose the correct language for your loclas
