i want to take blob video content from data base.the downloading time i have to play the video.i need examples .i am using vs 2008.

You can obviously not do even the slightest research for yourself, so I've googled "stream video from database c#" and stumbled across this example: Streaming video from SQL Server to embedded player[^] on the ASP.NET Forums[^].
I hope you'll remember that reading the the whole 1GB of data will not work, so you'll have to make the known adjustments (your last post) in programming FileHandler.ashx.
