Complie time error how to solve

It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS.
how can i solve this error...........

do not use Bigger fonts.

OP have used Big tag to increase font size. so i have updated the question. you can see the question history. :)

Generally this happens when you have more than one Web.Config file in your application root folder.
Just check if you have more than one. If so, remove the duplicate copies.
