It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS.
how can i solve this error...........

Generally this happens when you have more than one Web.Config file in your application root folder.
Just check if you have more than one. If so, remove the duplicate copies.
