How to format the Date in classic asp

hi i have date like this :- 09/01/2012 , instead of this i want "September - 01-2012" like , i tried with -

FormatDateTime(dStartDate,1) but it is giving - Saturday, September 01, 2012 , here i dont want to display the day, needed help on this, i want it in classic asp code
