Create toolbar from xml file on MFC 2010

I use MFC 2010
I have a problem for handle in MFC 2010
I want create toolbar Which is loaded from Xml file (don't load from resource )
I want using icon file to load for buttons on this toolbar
I don't handle problem
can you support for me this problem

Hi Toan. I would, respectfully, suggest that you go to google translate and type your question in, in your native language. Then paste the translation into your question here. You would also want to include the code for what you have tried and what errors you are getting.
