IIS Permission Problem

Hi friends,

I'm using the Excel as the Back-end. I'm connecting the Excel file and doing some process.

In local machine it was working fine.

I deployed into the IIS and gave permissions too. Now my system is in Public IP. So it will not connect to the local network.

now when i'm running the same... when it is trying to Open the connection with Excel, it is raising the below error

" The Microsoft Office Access database engine cannot open or write to the file ''. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view and write its data. "

In prev page to this error page, it was accessed another Excel File. So when it is accessing 2nd time it is raising the error like this. But i killed process too.

I dont know how to resolve this problem. If anyone come thro' this, pls help me to resolve this issue
