image zooming and transparent using one button

in simply i want to build a application, that will be able to picture zooming and do transparent in one button click at once. when image can see through i want already load 2nd image in picture box background. user should be able to input any no of images and whole this whole process (zooming and do transparent)should run till last image load
sorry for poor English guys

What is your question exactly?

You should start with specifying the application type or library you want to use (WPF? Forms? ASP.NET? Silverlight? Metro? what?).
I can guess it's System.Windows.Forms, but you always need to tag it.
Then, ask your question(s).
