how to display country wise Nationality

Hi,
I am display dropdownlist1 for all country and also dropdownlist2 for Nationality.

But I have to problem for find out country select that related Nationality to display?

example 1:

country :United Kingdom
Nationality:British

example 2:

VB

country :United Status of America
Nationality:American

example 3:

VB

country :India
Nationality:Indian
