SSRS Pie chart export issues with excel

on text box toggled pie chart appeared, On background of 1st pie chat another pie chart that will be visible on the basis of when click on toggle text box name as 'Pie Chart'. in excel when export report it show both pie chart without click on toggled pie chart.i want show only one pie chat which is visible on screen not both at time in excel.
