As SA suggested, there is no straightforward way. What you can do is to add a column in the table like "LastUpdated" and define datatype as TimeStamp. This will then update it whenever you edit/insert a record.
Then you can easily find the last updated row/rows.

Other way could be a query as shown below
SELECT IDENT_CURRENT('TableName')
Where tablename is actual table name. This wil give you id (primary key) of the last updated row.
