How to automatically raised event on print request send by the client machine and also find information about from which computer the request comes and get UserName

Where is the client machine, where does it send the request, how does it send the request, etc?

Let suppose, a school server machine and student sends a word document for printing to server machine but at server machine when a request arrives raised an event where it checks that this particular user status(how many pages he/she prints today if no of pages are more than 10 it cancels the request) from which function i can achieved this. Thanks for your time

That would be inside the print spooler and I do not think it offers such options. You would probably need to write your own version, not something that can be done in a few days. Try Google searching for "print spooler" to see what possibilities may exist.
