Where the native code (after MSIL getting compiled from JIT) gets stored for windows projects?

Look around here: C:\Windows\assembly\NativeImages_v4.0.30319_32\
PS: use command shell, or something else than Windows Explorer to get there.

And when i run my console application but their is no change in this directory ?

NGen is not used every time. There is also a memory cache. The index files are just index files.
