CRUD for customly created record view

I have created a horizontal list which contains some fields and some nested lists.I want to implement CRUD operations on those data with backend database. How should I do it?

Just like you do for normal fields. There should be no difference. Try out.

Actually the lists are interdependant. When I click on one field or select for some list , then the other lists change through AJAX calls, but I am not able to save the selections made.
