PDF Font Blurred with Expert PDF

Hello All,

I am facing one issue of Font blurred in PDF File.

I have one link button on site, on click of that Product details PDF file get downloaded
For exporting the PDF we are using Expert PDF "ephtmltopdf.dll" version:6.2.0.0

The PDF file is displaying proper on my Local, Development Server and Test Server.
But when we added the package on Preview site. We found one issue with the pdf file.
The PDF file font get blurred on the Preview site.

Does someone knows what the issue can be.
I have check the environment of Preview server and found no change.

Solution 1

I have heard of this with Expert HTML to PDF when IE9 is installed on the computer producing the PDF. The advice is to downgrade to IE8 or upgrade to a newer version of HTML to PDF. Probably best to contact their support.

Can you Please send the link new version of HTML to PDF convert dll(ephtmltopdf.dll)for IE10.
