powerbuilder 12.5 compatability issue with windws xp

We have migrated from PB 10 to PB 12.5. After migrating our application terminating when we used to insert template into the third party tool (TerEdit control). The issue is happening for only one of the template. This happens when we try to close the response window. This is working fine with Windows 7 OS but it is not working in windows Xp.
