Disable list box based on combobox value in java jsp

In my Java JSP application I need to disable a list box when I click an item in the combo box. Any one have idea about this please help me

is it Java or JSP? This is a GUI question, there is a difference.
Is it about how to get the condition to the other control or about how to update the GUI?
