How to specify 301 redirect page via url rewrite in web.config in asp.net

hi,

currently i have integrated 301 redirection via global.asax file, that making slow execution of the site.

So that i want to integrated 301 redirect rule in url rewrite section of web.config.

Please provide any help for this.

i have anchor tag on a page. i want all these page should be opened at some anoher page and name of the it should be written in url. how can i do it with url rewriting
