please help me how to install windows xp sp2 from pendrive. my pc not connected CD drive.

There are a number of products to do it, you could easily find what suites you. The main issue is: you need to make your flash drive bootable, and the computer firmware should support it.

And don't forget to enable 'boot from USB' or something like that in BIOS settings.

By the way, not all systems have BIOS:
