WCF Error: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.

I have a certification expiration problem when I was adding service reference in My WCFTest Project.
I clicked yes when I saw the security date expiration certificate Issue. But I host the WCF in IIS I have got the 'wsdl' in browser.

When I run the WCFTest project I have got error "Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel with authority ...." The Inner exception is ""The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel."

The MMC (Microsoft Management Console) has certification but the date is expired. If the problem is this one, then how can I renewing the certificate.
Please help...
