How Can I restrict the page for users like,teacher must enter the paper marks in one month. If he couldn't enter the marks in one month then the session of entering marks should expire.

This is nothing to do with Sessions - sessions should not be maintained for more than twenty minutes, much less a month! (And to maintain a session, the user would have to keep his browser window open for a month - if it is closed a new session will be established when he re-connects).

Instead, look at Cookies - you can set an expiry date on these when you write them.
