Show/Hide Icons in Ribbon Button Menu Items

Hello

I have a button in a Ribbon and I add a menu with some items. I would like to display a checkbox icon in front of the menu item when a given option is selected.
For exemple, I have an item 'Manual' and an item 'Automatic'. I would like to have the checkbox icon displayed in the menu 'Manual' when the member m_bManual is true.
Thanks for any code to do that ...

Thanks but these are standard checkboxes in a Ribbon... What I would like to do is use a button with a menu and show/hide the icons associated with the menu items....
