EConnect for Microsoft Dynamics GP Error "There Was No EndPoint listening at ...etc "

Hi I create a Customization for SOP the Problem is when i need to send data To the GP by using EConnect, an Error Massage Appears
"There was no Endpoint at net.pipe://localhost/Microsoft/Dynamics/GP/eConnect/EntityOperations that could accept the message. this is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action see InnerException, if Present, for more details. "

by the way my Customization working fine in all PC's this massage only appear in one PC, any suggestion.
