SQLDMO is missing!! How can I find it?

Hello everyone,

I have to use SQLDMO functionality in my project, but I can't find it and I'm confused.
I've installed sql server 2008 on my machine, and googled it, there is no sqldmo.dll in the home directory and i can't add it to my project.

I will appreciate any idea..
