SQL auto alter/delete columns (etc) - get difference

Hi.
Is there any (free) solution to get difference between two databases, with auto delete/alter/update function?
I have two databases and till now still backup in first pc, then restoring on another, but then im losing all data in second one.

Any idea?

My Colleague used DBComparer once and he complained that it was very slow, took a long time to compare database objects. I have not used it, so not sure how it works.
