CSharp About Dental Sofware

Hello , I really need ur help i was about to create a system or application about dental clinic and i was in the midst of proposal of this kind of system.
My question is how to import a draggable or drag-enabled image(this image is the dentak chart) into a C# Windows form application wherein the dentist could click it and update some status of a tooth or teeth.
Please answer ASAP i really need this answer..
If you could post some codes much better and i could appreciate even more..

Oh thank you for answering .. Another question is where could i find a dental chart that can be imported or attached into a Windows Form. I've already searched in google but really i couldnt find an exact or suited answer to my question.. Please I do reaaly need help.

Haven't you tried creating an application that deals with an Clickable or Updateable Image ?
