Well I am afraid you will not be so eager when you realise that we are not going to do your work for you. When producing college assignments you are expected to do the work yourself; otherwise what is the point? Your first step should be learning how to research your subject and start putting together all the different parts that will form your final product. Good luck.

codeZ R 42! It creates the optimal entropy for Huffman. Everything is represented with 0 bits!
