Please improve question with language used, context of what you are working on and what IDE you are using. We can't assume anything from what you have here so far.

you can't import apk , apk file can install in emulator or device...
its code generated file...
I think you need reverse engineering of apk file ,
do google for it.

I would just like to add that the .APK is the same format a .ZIP, so something like 7-ZIP will open it or if you rename the extension to .ZIP then windows/favourite archiver will open it.

This doesn't decompile the code, but tools are available.
