Creating a custom form in setup projects

Hi,

I want to create a custom form that i can use to some input from end user @ runtime when setup is running, anybody please help me on can i add a new custom dialog into the setup projects steps editor, where i could accept userid and password from user.

Note : i m able to get the input from visual studio with the already available dialog box just need to know how to add new custom dialog box in setup project steps.

Solution 1

You can't do that if you're creating an MSI with VS or even some other MSI packages. You'd need an expensive installer package to have that option.
