Select a row from grid

Hi,
I have a gridview1 which shows employee data, and "employment_info_id" as datakey. Last column of the grid contains checkbox, i want to check only one row at a time, in other words if i check another check box the checkbox i checked before should be unchecked and also i get the datakey value.

use radio button list, becase check box list have property of multiple selection
