how to display only the textbox record in the datagridview in the same form c#

like that;

i have one form.
inside the form have 4 textbox, one datagridview and one save button.

when, i enter the record into the textbox and then press the save button, the datagridview show me the current record (not all the records in the table)when, i enter the textbox record.
