Eclipse: unable to establish loopback connection

This error occurs when I trying to run project. I not use antivirus and brandmauer is turned off. How to resolve this problem? Please help.

ddms - Failed to initialize Monitor Thread... It's not an exception. This is a text from MsgBox that appears when I click Run\Debug project.

Tried all, but not helped, even reinstalling Andro SDK and JDK:(

With the level of detail you have provided "tried all but not helped", it is impossible even to guess what is going on.

Problem was in Eclipse because in IDEA it works fine, so now I will continue develop my project in Intellij IDEA.
