configure html and asp.net pages

I have a static site which contains the html pages like index page , contact us etc and another site which contains dynamic pages in asp.net with WCf. Want to configure them , but i want when i enter www.abc.com then it opens www.abc.com/home.html . It will work but the asp.net pages are not working ...

Look in your IIS control panel or Snap-In.
And under the IIS heading look for DEFAULT DOCUMENT

When you double click it you will be presented with a list of the default document types it will open.

Chances are default.aspx or index.aspx maybe be missing although they are usually ALWAYS in there initially!
