Using Tesseract OCR in VC++

Hello Everyone..

Am trying to read the data from the Image(.jpg or .tiff) in my project & it is totally time constraint that is speed is critical factor in my project . Initially i was using Aspire OCR DLL. Later switched to MODI VC++, this was absolutely good but speed doesn't match to my project, it was reading my image in 350ms this will be too much delay for me.In my project it should happen in 50~100ms.

After googling, i came to know about the Tesseract free OCR will read the data from the Image. I have downloaded the tesseract-3.01 & read the Tesseract Development notes for visual studio 2008. But am not getting any relevant information how to use it.. Please can someone suggest/guide me how to use it. Or is there any other libraries which helps for me..
