Install a .exe file c#

My requirement is to install a .exe file into user's machine, when user clicks install link from his browser.I have to do this with c#

When the user hits 'install now', run dialog should appear.

If possible , a silent install,and on page load, even without above mentioned install link.

any suggestion is appreciated.

No.
Silent install from page load is a major security headache, and the sign of probably virus activity. As is silent install from a link in most cases which is why it is not generally allowed by browsers.
