Send and Receive emails in a winform

Hi,

I have to build an application wherein I need to save the emails that I receive.
I want to integrate it with my winform and also I need to reply to the mail that I received.
I need to save the reference number of each and every email, but the reference number of the email received and the reply send should be same.

Please help me in this.
