How to add application level proxy in C# application

I am developing a audio / Video call desktop application.
Now i have a requirement that it should have Application level proxy in which we can set IP,port number & Username-password.

What I have tried:

I have literally no idea how do i implement this.
We are using OpenTok api for av calls.

Any directions would be appreciated.
