Dictionaries alone are a poor idea for globalization - they don't translate the meaning of a sentence, just the meaning of each individual word. Like the old joke about a foreign order arriving at a plant equipment manufacturer for "Wet Sheep" where the customer actually wants "Hydraulic Rams".
To globalize your app, you need a natural language processor such as Google Translate, not a dictionary. I'd suggest you start with

^] and see how much work in involved in manually translating your app to multiple languages, then if that proves to be excessive look at the pricing for using natural language translation on the fly.
But either way, you would produce better results using human translators (but this will not be cheap unless you have a network of international distributors who will do it for free).
