Proplem in connection between phpmyadmin database and ASP.NET MVC

I am trying to connect phpmysql database but i have getting error:

[ArgumentException: Unable to find the requested .Net Framework Data Provider.  It may not be installed.]

Running the same project with mysql workbench does not produce any error visual studio 2019 but while deploying online with different connection string i have getting error
