problem with crystal report

hello
i have project in vb.net 2005
when i install in windows server 2008r2 all of thing is ok but crystal report isnot working. the problem is "the type initializer for 'crystaldecisions.crystalreports.engine.reportdocument' threw an exception"
please help me

it may be due to version of crystal report is not compatible to vs2005 or it is not installed

install it path will like below...
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\SDK\v2.0\BootStrapper\Packages\CrystalReports\CRRedist2005_x86.msi
