Your caps lock key is broken.

There's a number of libraries you can use to show css popups in jquery. They are all as good as each other. It's not possible for someone to give you full code based on what you offered, and either way, you need to either write your own code, or pay someone to write it for you. We help programmers, we don't do free contract work.
