How to display submenus vertically in Menu Control

Hii to all, iam developing a simple website,in which i want to place a menu in master page,so that user can easily navigate to other pages in my website,here i also wanted to add submenus to my menu,i tried with menu control in my toolbox which is directly given by microsoft,but submenus are displaying in horizontally.I want to display my submenus in vertically fashion how can i get this,can any one please guide me how to display submenus vertically.tahnks in advance
