i want to develop java application for online recharge of mobile phones and DTH. But i don't know how to do it. Please anyone can tell me the solution and what are the requirement for this.

What do you mean by recharge? You cannot transfer electricity across the internet.

You should also explain what you mean by DTH; not all acronyms are universal.

Solution 1

you mean refill prepaid balances?
This would require a API I doubt the carrier would ever release.
You could always be a re-seller of the prepaid refills and set up your own automated refill system.
