How to I restore Comments

I had to minimize the comments column because I needed to minimize the real estate that To Do List was using and now can not seem to be able to restore it. Found option under Preferences to position comments to the right of the tasklist but that does not seem to work. Can you help please? Thanks.

I think you are talking about DanG's ToDoList app.

The comments control never goes away. To see where it is, click Tools->Preferences -> User Interface -> General (Task Comments). If the Position Comment is Below Tasklist, change it to "Right of Tasklist", click "OK". If you now move the mouse to the right side of the dialog you will see it change to a sizing cursor. Click and drag to the left and you will see the comments slide out from the right side. [Analogous directions if the comments are on the bottom but I didn't want to repeat myself.]
