Getting whatever text is in one cell to autmatically enter into another

Hi all,

I am wanting to get whatever text is in one cell to automatically enter into another cell.

For example: if i wrote 'happy' in cell A1, it would automatically enter 'happy' in B3.

Also if this would work between worksheets?

What I have tried:

I have tried to find the answer already but am having trouble getting into words what it is that i want, all the answers show up as 'just copy and paste'

You can do it with a formula; just add the following to cell B3: =A1.
