Read the error message:

Column 'name' not found.

You are trying to INSERT data to a column called "name" that doesn't exist in the DB.
It even tells you exactly what line it found it the problem with:

Customer.dataList(Customer.java:59)

That's line 59 of the file Customer.java

So open that file, find that line, and look at exactly what you are doing immediately before that line.
