Solution 1

2 Options:
1. design a report for it and then use it's PDF format
2. get the data in HTML and then export the HTML into PDF using third party assembly (eg itextsharp)

Try out, pick the one that suits you, post specific issue if you face any.

in case of design report or exporting from html i will get it as a single pdf file i want each page as each pdf
