What I have tried:

I tried to convert the code but got a lot of errors; its urgent would be great if someone can help in converting the code for me

Solution 1

We are not a code conversion service: in addition translating code for one language to one using a totally different framework never gives "good code" in the target language.

Instead, find some code that is in the correct language, or learn both and use the source as a specification for a new app in the target.
