Visual studio 2019 not the window shows “almost done … getting everything ready” for a few minutes and then simply closes

I have downloaded VS2019 downloader (vs_community.exe) and started it. The "Downloaded" bar is full, the "Installed" bar is full, the window shows "Almost done … Getting everything ready" for a few minutes and then simply closes. There are no error messages that I can see and VS doesn’t get installed.

What I have tried:

remove all files from Temp folder.
Window Up to date.
